Products and Fitment
We sell used and rebuilt engines, transmissions and related parts. We make every effort to describe each product accurately. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that a part is compatible with their vehicle before purchase. Our team is happy to help verify fitment if you provide your vehicle’s year, make, model, engine size and VIN.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Prices, product availability and promotions may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, including orders we suspect are fraudulent. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Please see our Payment Policy for accepted payment methods.
Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Installation
Engines and transmissions must be installed by a qualified, licensed mechanic or repair facility following the manufacturer’s procedures. Engine Magazine is not responsible for damage or failure caused by improper installation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engine Magazine is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including labor costs, towing, rental vehicles, lost time or lost income, arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
