30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the part must be uninstalled, unused, unaltered and returned in the same condition you received it, with all original markings intact.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at info@engines-magazine.com or (559) 629-4830 with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Returns sent without an RA number cannot be accepted.
- Securely drain all fluids, package the part and ship it to the address we provide.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned part, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fee
Returns of correctly shipped parts that are no longer wanted, or that were ordered for the wrong vehicle, may be subject to a restocking fee.
Wrong or Damaged Parts
If we sent the wrong part, or your part arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Parts that have been installed, disassembled, modified or damaged after delivery
- Parts with removed or altered identification markings
- Special-order parts, unless they are defective
